Reef Television is an award-winning television production company with an international reputation for making high-quality programmes.

Reef has a distinguished track record producing innovative content for multiple broadcasters in both peak time and daytime slots and has made many hundreds of hours of factual programmes for networks including the BBC, Channel 4, Discovery, ITV, Channel 5, UKTV, and Scripps.

Reef creates formats and develops ideas across factual and factual entertainment genres and also has an outstanding in-house post production department.

Reef's recent successful series include Police Code Zero : Officer Under Attack for Channel 5 and Critical Incident for BBC1 daytime. Previously Reef have produced multiple series of Penelope Keith's Hidden Villages, French Collection and Selling Houses With Amanda Lamb for Channel 4; alongside BBC Daytime's hit show Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is and upcoming Getting the Builders In. The company has produced multiple landmark music films for BBC Two including Queen Victoria : My Musical Britain, the Emmy-nominated Messiah at the Foundling Hospital and Leningrad and the Orchestra That Defied Hitler. Other successful shows include Britain's Craziest Christmas Lights for Channel 5 and The Story of Now for ITV telling the story of the global music brand that is Now That's What I Call Music, Behind Closed Doors (Channel 5); Britain's Hidden Heritage (BBC One) and Thames Wildlife Superhighway (ITV).

The company's shows have sold in multiple territories around the world. In addition to broadcaster-commissioned shows, Reef has pioneered alternative funding models, including AFP and sponsorship deals.

In July 2015 Reef Television was acquired by Ten Alps PLC which has since rebranded as Zinc Media.
