About Partisan Media Limited

Founded in 2012, Partisan Media is a London-based media production company, focused on producing shorts, feature films and documentaries.

Partisan Media has produced multiple-award-winning films including Libido (2017) and Three Little Hearts (2018), both of which are available on Amazon UK and USA.

It has also acted as co-producer on projects by large public broadcasters such as RTVSLO, for documentaries as well as daily news and current affairs programmes and live broadcasting.

Founder and CEO Nina Kojima was previously a national broadcaster, radio presenter, programme editor and producer for 22 years. Today she is still a member of the official Downing Street Press Lobby.  

About Nina Kojima

Nina Kojima is a London-based film director, writer, and TV and radio journalist, with over 20 years' experience. She started her career at the public broadcasting service Radio-Television Slovenia (RTVSLO), where she became one of the leading voices on the popular radio show Val 202. She was a morning host, day editor, cultural news editor and even Eurovision Song Contest commentator. 

As a journalist she interviewed many prime ministers and presidents, including a live broadcast with Bill Clinton during his 1999 visit to Slovenia. Alongside her radio job she worked on national television, where she created and became editor-in-chief of Slovenia's first-ever student TV show, Student Street, which ran for many years.

Nina left Slovenia for London and from 2003 onwards worked as a foreign correspondent, covering politics and current affairs from the UK and Ireland. She is a member of the Downing Street Press Lobby and was an elected member of the committee for the Foreign Press Association.

Nina established her media company, Partisan Media, in 2012, and in 2017 completed an MA in Film Directing at The Met Film School, based at London's Ealing Studios. Her academic experience is long and varied – she has two additional MAs in Philosophy and Sociology of Culture and is currently a PhD candidate in Philosophy and Space Science. 

She finds time for all this alongside her day job of filming short films, feature films and documentaries.
